Pumpkin Recipe Roundup

As I was trolling though my recipe section, I began to notice something. I use pumpkin, a lot. From breakfast to desserts and dinner, nearly every one of my food categories contains a dish with pumpkin. Since it’s fall and canned pumpkin is everywhere, what better time to do my first recipe roundup?

I looove cooking with pumpkin. Pumpkin baked oatmeal and overnight oats have been 2 of my favorites lately (although overnight oats isn’t really baking!). Your pumpkin bread pudding looks fantastic!

I do use pumpkin quite bit. I made the most amazing pumpin pie dip (recipe coming tomorrow) and I love this Pumpkin Banana Bread recipe!

These look wonderful. I just realized I don’t have any pumpkin recipes posted except my diet pumpkin pie (http://artofnaturalliving.com/2012/10/04/five-minute-diet-pumpkin-pie/ ). Guess I’ll have to start making some more pumpkin foods!

Yummm pumpkin! The pumpkin and black bean chili is definitely calling my name right now. Because of the storm, we have no heat at work. Freezing!!

OMG. You poor woman! I hope you have a heating blanket. Our air conditioner broke about a dozen times this winter at work. I honestly don’t know which would be worse.
